Automated Messages and Emails:
You will be receiving messages regarding your optin confirmation, booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.

Delayed Messages:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages 36 prior the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.2 Program Fees
- Standard coaching program: $5,000 per client
- Additional services priced separately
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Prices subject to change with notice
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account
- Use the Services in a professional manner
- Not share access to personalized coaching materials
- Participate in scheduled sessions as agreed
- Provide notice for cancellations according to our policy
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 Our Content
- All materials, methodologies, and content are proprietary
- Protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- May not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission
4.2 User Content
- You retain rights to your submitted content
- Grant us license to use feedback for improvement
- Agree not to submit proprietary information without authorization
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Billing
- Payments due as specified in program agreements
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, bank transfers
- Late payments subject to additional fees
5.2 Refunds
- Cancellation policy: 30 Days
- Pro-rated refunds at our discretion
- No refunds for completed services
6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
- 24-hour notice required for individual session cancellation
- Group program cancellations per specific program terms
- Missed sessions counted as completed
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
We maintain strict confidentiality of:
- Client information
- Coaching session content
- Assessment results
- Business-sensitive information
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Services provided "as is"
- No guarantee of specific results
- Maximum liability limited to fees paid
- Not responsible for indirect damages
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate services for violation of terms
- Refuse service to anyone
- Modify or discontinue services
- Cancel programs with notice
10. DISCLAIMER

11. MODIFICATIONS
